Yoga From the Ground Up
Teach yoga in PE/Health class! Use the six movements of the spine in chairs, on all fours, standing, etc.. and BREATHE and you’ve taught yoga. Participants leave able to teach five minutes of mindful movement and write a full yoga lesson. Learn the basics and make it yours!
