On behalf of SHAPE Colorado, I am would like to welcome you to the 2019 Annual Convention. This is the 88th time we have come together to share ideas. Here, we can thrive in our profession by learning new ways to benefit our kids, our profession, and our state. We offer quality sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to enrich how you teach Health and Physical Education in Colorado.
The SHAPE Colorado Board has worked extensively to assure your convention experience is a success. Board members will be here as attendees, facilitators and presenters. In this interactive session, you will hear about research that supports the role of the family in fostering whole child health and what parents say regarding healthy choices at home and at school. You can also share family engagement ideas and access evidence-based resources to share with your schools.
